FLOOR SPACE AVAILABLE FOR TEACHING AND PRACTICE

Phill’s Ballroom is now on the second floor of this newly remodeled building with a 2300 square foot raised wood dance floor, new state of the art sound system, 2 new AC units, skylights and a relaxed comfortable atmosphere.

1. Floor space is available Monday and Tuesday from 11am to 10.00pm, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 11am to 7pm on an appointment basis, no walk-in space available. Weekend hours are from 9am to 7pm both Saturday and Sunday. All other times can be arranged and are at the discretion of the management. Evening hours are reserved for teaching only; competition and routine practice is limited to daytime hours before 6pm and weekends. Social dance practice available anytime.

2. Fees are paid at the rate of $10.00 per lesson on weekdays and $12.00 on weekends and holidays. Any amount of time used up to 60 minutes equals a lesson. No half hour lesson times available, if you go over 60 minutes an additional lesson fee is charged. Fees must be paid daily. No carry over or weekly rates.

3. Students who have a lesson scheduled with a rental instructor will be given one complimentary practice hour (time permitting) either before or after the lesson. Additional hours will be charged at the same rates as above.

4. Group lesson rental fees are paid at the rate of 60/40, 60% to the instructor and 40% or $100.00 (which ever is greatest) to the studio. Group lesson time is only available on weekends on a first come basis. Fees paid at end of class.

5. Teachers must carry their own liability insurance adding Phillip Lowers as additional insured or be prepared to sign and have their students sign a release waiver.

6. Additional parking is available at the American Credit Union parking lot at Chapman and Citrus on Saturday and Sunday and weekdays after 5 pm and the

Top Lube Station on the corner of Chapman and Batavia on Sundays and weekdays after 5 pm. DO NOT PARK ON CITRUS ST. YOU WILL BE TOWED.
